The Balneario is an amazing place, it is well located at the Babia and Luna National Park with many places to visit and enjoy nature, then you can enjoy the thermal waters at the hotel, the staff is super nice, we will be coming back hopefully, we recommend this location very much

We went for the weekend and it was really not great experience. Reception staff was not nice, like it was a problem for them that we are staying there. Breakfast was horrible, super dry bread that you could only feed ducks with, old fruits. The waiters were attentive though even though they couldn’t offer much. The swimming pool was nice. During our stay we could book 1h a day in it. We also booked a massage in the hotel. Masseuse asked me to keep my underwear on instead of providing typical underwear to change in to. All my clothes got oily including my mask I was asked to keep on (masseuse massaged my face, under my mask, did not provide me a temporary mask for massage). I couldn’t wash myself after as another person was scheduled after me so I had to go directly to my room. Never left massage more stressed. Horrible experience.

I am sure that both the site and its employees are unbeatable. However, we will not be able to verify it. They gave us a stay at the spa, we made the reservation and 17 days before we announced that we could not go that weekend for reasons beyond our control. The truth is that the gift voucher policies make it clear, but…can't you really offer an option so far in advance? Where was that thing about taking care of the customer? These types of practices are necessary to protect yourself, but I think you also have to be flexible when giving notice with a certain margin. I'm sure the hotel will cover the stay with other clients...however, is it better to have an empty room and an unhappy client? 😒
